This luxurious South Florida vacation getaway combines beauty and technology for the ultimate relaxation.  The two-level penthouse tops a technologically-advanced 50-story glass tower with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. All of the rooms within the home—including five bedrooms, a media room, home theater, patio, sauna, office, five eating areas and an expansive kitchen—were outfitted with smart home technology and can be controlled with a simple press of a button.

Everything is unique to this space, from the vertical living home theater to the karaoke system, DJ booth and dance floor, to the non-traditional window treatments that rise from the floor and the vanishing television mirrors for the bathrooms. The integrator, AVA Miami, configured all functions and devices in the penthouse to work in harmony on the Control4 platform. One consistent interface controls it all, seamlessly.

The homeowners enjoy Control4 home automation systems in their other residences, and it was important for them to have the same automated features and functionality in this vacation property too. What’s more, because the owners only occupy the residence for one month of the year, they have the ability to remotely monitor and control their home from afar using 4Sight with Anywhere Access.
